Ceramic nozzle: Ф6㎜ or larger
The nozzles vibrate as standard and products are blasted from above and below. Air blowing cleans around the exit port. Each nozzle can be additionally attached. The height of the opening can be changed as customization.

Good for blasting both upper and lower surfaces at continuous operation. Number of nozzles is determined by required cycle time.Dimensions (width and height) of blasting chamber is to be designed depending on size of workpiece. Workpiece not suitable for roller conveyor should be put on a dolly, then transferred on roler conveyor. (DMA : direct pressure type)
